1- Let’s change entire currency notes...... Asks the people to get them exchanged from Banks or deposit them in Banks. Those who refuse to do this will lose their undeclared money. Start new Bank note series....cancel the old ones. 2- Cancel the 5000 Rupees note immediately. Ask everyone with this Bank Note to come to bank & deposit into account or get it exchanged... Any unusual deposit will become visible. 3- Ask people to get their dollars / Forex exchanged or deposit in Bank Then Link Foreign exchange buying & selling with NADRA. ID card must be compulsory to buy & sell Forex. Anyone dealing in unusual figures will become visible & asked for source of income. It is estimated that Govt can easily recover at least 2 trillion rupees (2k billion) of undeclared money in the country. Legal tax paying law abiding citizens will NOT be affected at all.
